There are two reproductive strategies: K, who are "conservative," take very good care of the few kids they have, and assess threats correctly (think wolves).
Then there is r, who are "liberal," have a lot of kids but don't take much care of them (for one thing, they see abortion as a sacrament), and can't assess threats correctly (think rabbits).
The r-types try to mooch off of the K-types until things fall apart. Then what happens? I think we are looking at a cull of sort.
The r-types, who are of low intelligence and often criminal, are going to try to take what they need (and want) from the Ks. Therefore, the Ks are going to have to become a heavily-armed tribe.
Neil Stephenson wrote about these heavily-armed tribes in his The Diamond Age.
The most successful of these tribes were the vibrant, resilient, educated, disciplined ones. Heavily armed and heavily defended.
It's the r-types who are going to be culled. Then society will become K again.
In Indian philosophy there are several "castes" - the Brahmins (priests and scholars, which is me), the Kshatryas (rulers and warriors), Vaisyas (commoners and merchants) and Sudras (craftsmen, servants and laborers). Sometimes a fifth caste is added: the Dalits (the lowest class).
Look around and you can see these people in the U.S. The Dalits are the worse of the r-types. The scholars are often K, as are the natural warriors.
I am far more of a K-type than an r - "conservative," free-market, a believer in being armed. I've been like this since I was about 21.
Leftism, which is the Bad Feminine (In Leftism Revisited Erik von Kuehnelt-Leddihn called leftism an attempt to "overthrow the Father). So what we are dealing with here is the Bad Feminine attempting to kill off "patriarchy."
Patriarchy is civilization. Leftism is chaos and monsters.
Again quoting Kuehnelt-Leddihn, sooner or later the Right has to start "knocking heads." I am not looking forward to this at all.
