I've mentioned before the Manosphere is full of ignoramuses. I've read defenses of rapists as "alphas"- you know, "the Dark Triad."
Many years ago, long before the Internet, I found out about the case of Emmitt Till, who was lynched for supposedly whistling at a white woman. During the 1950s.
That's not what happened.
Till's father was hanged in Italy during WWII for raping and murdering some Italian women.
His son apparently inherited his genes. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Remember the Aesop's fable about "What's bred in the bone will come out in the flesh"?
Till was visiting down his cousins down south. Even they thought 14-year-old Till wasn't right in the head.
At a store he tried to prevent a white woman from coming out behind a counter, putting his hands on her, and she pushed by Till to go to her car and get a .38 and shoot him. His cousins hustled him off.
Later, the woman's relatives took Till for a ride. They wanted him to apologize, and he wouldn't, instead running his mouth that the men weren't going to do anything to him.
Things got out of hand and they shot Till. Yes, it was murder, and the men were charged but a jury found them not guilty.
What are the chances that if Till had lived he would have grown up to be just like his father - a rapist/murderer? Pretty damn good, I'd say.
Men like Till throughout history were traditionally lynched, hanged, shot or beheaded. That's traditionally what has happened to "Dark Triad psychopaths," which the wimp and liar Roosh claimed he was.
Psychopaths have no guilt, no remorse and no conscience. Ted Bundy was a psychopath, as was Jeffrey Dahmer.
I've also heard claims that women flock to these men in prison. Sure, some women do - nutty women. Normal women, no.
Society has spend a lot of time and effort trying to remove these men from the gene pool. It's why we have prisons and executions.
Unlike the Lost Boys of the Manosphere I have actually met psychopaths, and once met a woman (for about five seconds) who days later was strangled by a psychopathic serial killer, who had strangled maybe seven women over the years, including a pregnant woman.
I also met mother of two teenage girls who were raped and thrown off of a bridge. Only one body was found. And when I was substituting in Scottsdale, Arizona, one teenage girl was found stuffed in a suitcase one day before one class (psychopaths are notorious for stuffing bodies in suitcases). The kids were freaked out by that one. They knew the girl.
I have experience with these things, which the Lost Boys do not. And there is nothing like experience to wise you up.
I have a lot of contempt for the rabbits of the Manosphere.

I have been musing about nature (genetic) vs. nurture (education).
And I spend time with my folks who are in their 70s. I can see more clearly how similar I am to my mom and dad now - which I would never have known when I was young. But how are people supposed to know this if they don't know their parents.
I see where I get certain character traits now, and I agree the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
You wouldn't believe how much I'm like my father.
But then, maybe you would!

That account is disputed by his cousin, who says he came into the store less than a
minute after Till entered, and saw nothing inappropriate. The FBI's cold case investigation turned up a witness (anonymous) who corroborated the cousin's account. Source is Infogalactic if you care to take a look.

Things certainly did, since they gouged out one of his eyes too.
Yes, it was murder, and the men were charged but a jury found them not guilty.
They later on admitted that they did it, since they were protected against double jeopardy. The men who killed Emmett Till were every bit as bad as you claimed Till was.

I'm not convinced Emmett Till did anything worse than wolf-whistle at a white woman. His father almost certainly was a different story.
Older societies without police forces of course had to take extreme measures in dealing with psychopaths. Supposedly the Inuit dealt with their own bad actors by taking them on hunting expeditions where they never returned. Since a single violent individual with no remorse or social conscience could destroy their entire community, they did what had to be done.

So, what did he do then?
He put his hands on a white woman and tried to prevent her from getting from behind the counter. This is what the woman said.
There has never been any argument about what Till did, just whether or not he deserved to be killed.
Another troll deleted. Why are all of them ignoramuses?
Carolyn Bryant admitted to lying in 2007.
