Hope and Change

Obama was supposed to be Mr. Hope and Change, but he wasn't. Whatever change he effected was not good - Obamacare, fr'instance, which is going to be changed radically since it's not working. He was eight years of being a dud, although he deludes himself he has "a legacy."

I have mentioned the three theological virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity.

I have not been able to find any information on it, but I wonder to what extent those three virtues are used by those involved in propaganda? It does appear they do, if not consciously. Or perhaps consciously.

Hope and faith are always a desire for a change for the better. Charity, if anything, is generosity.

And that's how Obama was portrayed at first: a generous man who tapped into people's hope and who had faith in him. And how it worked! - it got him elected.

Reagan tapped into the same thing. So did Trump -America first, "make America great again."

"Virtue" means "the powers of man," nothing more. Those powers can be used for good or bad.

Does not every new administration - or revolution - promise faith and hope and charity?

In a lot of cases - at least in the West, which is at least nominally Christian - most of these revolutionary movements (which are always political) are Christian heresies.

I've always thought politics was more satanic than anything else. The evidence is overwhelming. More people have been murdered by politics than anything else, and most of them through Christian heresies such as Communism.

After all, Satan offer Jesus power over all the kingdoms of the world, and He refused it.

“The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, 'I will give you all their authority and splendor, it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours.'" - Luke 4:5-8

Because.....

Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.’”

At least he was a fairly low-energy President. He could have been much, much worse, but preferred to spend most of his time on the golf course, or reading pretentious novels on Martha's Vineyard. And although his administration oversaw several foreign policy disasters, they were mostly Secretary Clinton's doing (yes, he still deserves blame for hiring her in the first place and listening to her bad advice against his own better judgment). I shudder to think how much worse the last eight years would have been if he hadn't beaten her for the Democratic nomination in 2008.

Obamacare was made to fail. That dummy was supposed to wait and bring socialised medicine to the rescue, but his hatred of the Military got the better of him and his fiasco at the VA killed their plans.
Fortunately they have no plan B. If Trump doesn't kill it, then it'll bankrupt the Federal System thats bloated by welfare invaders. Either way, they LOST.
