Not super spacious, but it works fine. Rents hereabouts run about $700 for room mates, $1100 for a 1 bedroom and so on. Just the land, to put your house on, is at least $75,000.<br /><br />I could build a house as well, but I already have one. Thing is, it's 2,500 miles away. It's been empty for the last 15 years.
